The difference between two images using ISO sensitivity

The difference between two images using ISO sensitivity 

  

this image is using 100 iso, but as there was more light coming in, so the shutter speed was slower which means more light entered the camera, so that gave me camera shake.

This image was taken using 1600 iso, there was less light coming through the camera the, shutter speed was quicker.
